At Hlumelo Nyaluza, we stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our luxury bags. We offer a 6-month warranty to ensure that your purchase meets the highest standards.

What’s Covered

This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials, stitching, hardware, or craftsmanship under normal use. If any such issues arise within 6 months of your purchase, we will repair or replace your bag at no additional cost.

What’s Not Covered

Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, or alterations.

Normal wear and tear, including scuffs, scratches, or fading of color due to regular use.

Any damage caused by third-party repairs or modifications.

How to Make a Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at nyaluzah@gmail.com. You will need to provide proof of purchase and images of the defect. We will guide you through the next steps and arrange for the return of your bag if necessary.

Return Shipping

Return shipping for warranty claims will be covered by Hlumelo Nyaluza.

Exclusions: This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable.
