Return & Repair Policy

We take great pride in the craftsmanship of our luxury bags. Each piece undergoes thorough quality checks before shipping. However, if you receive a bag with a manufacturing defect, we offer a 14-day repair or replacement policy under the following conditions:

​Eligibility for Returns

• ​The bag must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging (including dust bag, authenticity cards, and all accessories).

• ​Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery by contacting our customer service team at nyaluzah@gmail.com.

• ​The bag must be shipped back within 7 days of return approval.

​Repair or Replacement Process

• ​If the issue is due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the bag at no additional cost.

• ​If no replacement is available, we will offer a store credit towards a future purchase.

• ​Bags with damage caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear will not be eligible for return.

​Return Shipping & Fees

• ​Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, insurance, and any customs or re-import duties.

• ​A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.

• ​We strongly recommend using a trackable, insured shipping service to ensure the bag is safely returned.

​Non-Returnable Items

• ​Customized bags, and bags with signs of use or damage that are not due to a manufacturing defect are not eligible for return.
